I can help if your child...
When you're worried about your child, it can feel overwhelming.
You might sense something's not quite right, but struggle to put your finger on it. Maybe they've become more anxious, withdrawn, or quick to snap. Maybe school's become a battleground, friendships feel fragile, or home life is tense in a way that's wearing everyone down.
If any of that sounds familiar, you're not alone — and you don't have to work it out by yourself.
I offer parent support sessions for anyone who wants a clearer picture of what's going on for their child, and practical, emotionally grounded ways to respond.

Together, we'll look at what your child's behaviour might be telling you, how stress and anxiety can show up differently in children, and ways to ease conflict while strengthening your connection at home. You don't need a diagnosis to seek support — just a sense that something needs attention.
You know your child better than anyone. My role is to bring therapeutic insight that helps you make sense of what you're seeing, so you can respond with more confidence and less reactivity.
Where it's appropriate, I may also work directly with your child or teenager (8+) — and when I do, parent support stays part of the process. Children tend to make the most progress when the adults around them feel informed and steady.
Reaching out is often the hardest part, especially if you've been holding this alone for a while.
Sessions run for 50 minutes, available online via Zoom or in person in North London. If you're not sure this is the right starting point, we can talk it through first — no pressure to commit before that.

I believe behaviour has meaning.
